Im married to a pom. Hawkwind is his all tiime fave. We saw them.live like 4 times when we lived in Somerset as they live in the West Country. They are awesome. OASIS though... ugh.. tedium. We arent fans. Wonderwall makes me want to scream.
OK, anything that comes from the West Country is automatically cool by default.
Wonderwall is admittedly their weakest track — hence why it was commercially successful. While Definitely Maybe I still IMHO their best album, they’re all really good, and albums post-Morning Glory are definitely worth listening to. They’re the perfect blend of psychedelic pop with indie rock aesthetic.
But then again, what do I know....? 😜
