It's kind of like the boundaries between my inner world and the outer world are permeable.

Yes! Love this. As if perfect balance is achieved between self and not self. Perfect grace. Perfect is-ness. That's when I have my LEAST self doubt. When I am conscious of my human-ness I am too aware of my constructed self and keep second guessing myself. When I am in flow there is none of that.
