Cow Chip Fundraisers are a great and fun way to raise money for your school, church, favorite charity or the like.
It usually is the main event and is held on a football or soccer field which is lined off in blocks that are numbered to match raffle tickets that attendees purchase. As attendees keep a watchful eye on where the cow will drop a pie other money-making activities are happening in the near vicinity.
Usually, a pig roast or barbecue is held in conjunction with Cow Chip main event. After all, these viewers can grow pretty hungry as they wait for the magic drop.
