This is a great quote that refers to the importance of getting experience and learning from our mistakes and failures. Too off we feel down and want to give up when we have a failure. However, if we bear in mind that failure is only temporary and we can learn from it, we do much better.

By the way, Oscar Wilde was a brilliant man with lots of great ideas. Read his work. Learn from him. You'll find you can make great strides in what you want to do in your life.
