The second little part from my package that was delivered the other day!
Well, when I saw this I knew I couldn't pass on it! I'm a musician after all! Although, I'm not the same type of classical musician as those that play in the Weiner Philharmonic it is probably as close as it is ever going to get!...
What I did find interesting was that the violins and violas were not the modern ones (with chin rests) that would be used in that orchestra, but the Classical/Baroque original set ups that I would normally be using! Although, I'm pretty sure that it was just done for aesthetic reasons of symmetry rather than glorifying my particular specialisation...
I have to say that it is pretty weird to have a coin that has a fiat value of 1.5 euro!

This is a nice one, I want expecting to find a coin that commemorated a classical music event! But if it would, of course it would be the Vienna Philharmonic!
