Plunder Part 2
Yesterday I shared some sweet Seattle silver rounds from my LCS. Well today let’s have a peek at part 2 of the plunder.
ART BARS!!!
Honest Abe, our sixteenth President, Abraham Lincoln. This one ounce bar was minted in 1972 by Madison Mint and is .999 fine.
This next bar features Mt. Rushmore and appeared in Hamilton Mint’s Wonders of America series. This bar is also .999 pure and has a mintage of only 15,000! Rare by today’s standards and even rarer when you consider this bar was minted in 1973!
HAPPY EASTER!!!.... bar. 🐰🥚 The 70’s and 80’s were the heyday for art bars, and what is more artsy than a couple of bunnies celebrating the resurrection of a dead guy? 😄🎉 This Crown Mint bar is 1 Troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The bar was minted in 1982.
