Today's old coin showcase features this cinq centimes piece from France. This one is dated 1856, they were produced from 1853-1857 and are made of bronze. Source

It is not a very popular piece and this one is in rough shape so it's value is only just a couple of dollars.

I found it in this old peanut tin that I paid $12 for. There was also one silver dime and a '32 Canadian penny. Not a bad haul.
