Hey you guys and gals, I am proposing an SSG initiative to help basic members, I would people's thoughts on it.

That sounds like a good idea to me. I'd like to see a list of members who are posting quality stuff who are below 50 SP. I think it would be cool if we were able to get all of them on a booster program to move them up.
Even if it was only a person per week or month, whatever. If there are people who are part of this group who are starting out, but serious about growing in the community, I would be willing to help donate funds to get them a higher level in Precious.
