Lets pray to God that they dont use a military option if China and Russia is taking away the power of the $US from the USA. Because then we are all really screwed. Those two are not some powerless dwarf countries, where the US can start a military intervention, without the risk of being attacked on home soil. And also they dont have outdated weapon technology, as the enemies have that the US usually picks, like Iraq or Syria or some Taliban in Afghanistan. Even without the nuclear option, China and Russia are no one you want to mess with.
