SA Elephant 2019 - price differences incl APMEX

Just some screenshots of dealers offering the new South Africa Big 5 Elephant 2019. Later this week I get two of them.
Bought by dealer 2 below. Price differences are considerable.
German dealer one: EUR 48.90
German dealer two : EUR 39,50
SA Mint : 30.69 EUR (495 Rand)
APMEX 47.99 USD ( EUR 42)
Hmmm... That's a pretty big difference! Can you order from the SA mint? But then I guess there is import tax.
Yes VAT of ~20% applies on silver but using a steemian in SA would be best. We have some. Send as gift < 65 EUR value and no taks applies. This way I sent a proof brittania 2014 to Singapore stacker once.

That is a crazy price difference! Buy from one mint and sell to the other.
