Yeah sometimes there are those things that we know but the never come into our focus. When the finally do, it is kind of surprises us. Although I am far from retirement but this thing where something suddenly comes into focus have snuck on me before.

As for property I am a bear. If it turns a profit I am just willing to sell it as long as another viable option for living is available to me.
