The very first hand poured silver that I fell in love with were the wood pours of @mr-vulcan.
It is so interesting to see how the character of the silver bar evolves when the molten silver flows into the natural cracks of the charred wood mold, creating the most beautiful and unique effect on the surface of the bar.

The fact is, I really, really like these silver bars and have a great appreciation for wood pours and the work of @mr-vulcan that I had many more Silver Saver Bars made, then shared them all as gifts to friends in the silver stacking community.

@silversaver888 , @mr-vulcan does some amazing pours and I need to see if @sbsparts did a post about the cross he poured for him. The sheer creativity and patience it takes to have these types of pours work correctly is really awesome to me.
Additionally, I enjoy that the variations are what make you enjoy them so much. I share your appreciation for items that are unique in nature and believe this is why I love our community in the way I do. We are all similar but there are so many small details that just makes each one of us pop out. Really cool!
