Time for Novembers membership and @ssg-community updates

With November just around the corner, it's time to talk about membership.

The minnowbooster lease market is starting to climb again (bad news for us), but we still feel that we can still get good lease rates due to @ssg-community 's "community" status. Therfore liquid steem donations will remain the same as this month, with the 25% cut in play.

Membership subscriptions can be split using both delegation and liquid steem.

Example: copper membership - 500sp

You could delegate 300sp, leaving 200sp outstanding. To calculate the liquid steem payment top-up required, simply multiply by 0.03. 200 X 0.03 = 6steem

300sp + 6 steem = copper membership 👍

Now to the boring stuff....

Liquid steem donations have already started flowing in and ssg-community wallet has just over 1,058 steem.

We have just over 116k sp with a voting power of 87%.

Going back to last Wednesday post, I talked about possibly having to cut voting % in order to raise our voting power back towards the 90%+ mark. We'll a few members pulled their delegation, hence why we dropped from 120 down to 116k sp, but this also meant that our daily voting amount given about by precious fell. This has allowed our voting power to start to climb again. A week ago the VP was 80/82% but today its around the 86/87% level.

I had suggested making a large cut to the voting % to each member to help it climb, from 55%(gold) down to 51%. But it looks like only a smaller % cut will be required to keep us climbing to mid 90%.

With the extra steem in the wallet I will be putting out for an extra 7.5k sp from minnowbooster to kick November off with a bang!!!

Through membership delegation we have a baseline of 47,500sp and the rest is made up from leases paid for from the steem donated and raised from the last monster raffle.

Every week, our out goings are 276.30 steem, this covers the off market leases from @neoxian and @eeks. On top of this we also pay 52 steem per month to lordnigel for extra delegation.

Of the total steempower @ssg-community has, 1500sp belongs to the members stored in her wallet. We have a power down threshold of 700steem and will continue to power down till we reach that target. This generates an extra 115 steem per week.
