Shiny...

Shiny silver, made me think of this quote from Marcus Aurelius that I read in the book The Daily Stoic the other day...

Silver doesn't feel sorry for itself for being shiny and neither should we. Starting a new job and now starting a new class in nursing school has me dog tired lately, but when I'm feeling a little sorry for myself I remind myself "this is what I want to do and what I'm meant to do"... I still might be a little bleary eyed and tired, but it helps me keep my head in the game...
