Happy Independence Day Ghana

Ghana celebrates 62 years of independence from their colonial masters, the Great Britain today. Celebrations are often mainly held in the capital Accra with regional celebrations too but there was a slight change today. The celebrations were taken all the way to the Northern region of Ghana for the first time since independence.. The president, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo, the vice president, H.E. Mamoud Bawumia and honorary guest, the president of the republic of Niger, Mahamadou Issoufou, officials, chiefs and security personnels joined thousands of Ghanaians to celebrate this day at the Aliu Mahama stadium in Tamale.
I would use this opportunity to with all Ghanaians a Happy anniversary day. God forever bless my homeland Ghana.
