Sex is great!

Today we are going to be talking about one of the most powerful urges in humans and in many other animals obviously. Sex is great...and indeed it is. I am absolutely surprised at how such a beautiful activity could possibly be so beneficial at the same. We know that the main aim of sex is reproduction, but let's put that aside, the pleasure is crazy!!! The health benefits are huge. If you are not having enough sex and you are reading this, my goal right now is to make you change for the better and get you on the winning train.

Sex is an amazing therapy. I'm pretty sure that we've heard this so many times but perhaps haven't given it the thought it deserves. I want to make us see that so many of the things that we take heavy drugs for can be interestingly settled with a good sex experience. Are we ready to get this splendid sex information? Yes, I can hear you all saying 'humor0404' - hit us with this info, we can't wait any longer. And so, here I come - and don't be surprised if I crack some jokes that don't just make you laugh...hahaha...

Oh I love my heart, I want it to be healthy!

Yeah!, if you want your heart to be healthy, then it's simple - go for more sex. Sex is a wonderful exercise. Don't be having some very slow, weak and annoying sex and expect it to do your heart much good. You should get a bit fast on it. And not that I said a bit fast, you go faster than yourself. I'm pretty sure, we know what the ideal speed should be. If you don't, then go online and watch and learn. We all learn everyday, and trust me, the time you'd spend learning how to improve your sex life wouldn't be wasted time at all. You would definitely reap the benefits.

If you are a man and you make sure to have sex at least two times a week, research has it that you have lesser chances of being diagnosed with heart diseases. In opposition to men who have sex only one time in a full month. Damn. Some men even don't have sex for more than a full month. I also have heard of people saying that wouldn't the energy put into sex even cause heart attacks. Hell no - so long as you can walk comfortably at a normal pace, then research has it that you are good to go...Sex is definitely a good exercise for both men and women. I want to lower my stress levels and my blood pressure!

Yeah, I know you do. Nobody loves stress. If there's anyone who does, that's pretty weird I'm sure you'd agree with me. But unfortunately, the modern world that we have today is very stressful. Our body and mind need to function at a faster rate than in the time past, in order to make any headway. Information move at very high speed, things keep on changing rapidly and we need to catch up with the world, if not we would be left behind. I'm sure nobody wants that.

And that's why the stress levels and blood pressure of people keep on increasing, due to the pressure we face everyday. But hey, no need for much worry - sex is right here to help reduce the stress we face. There is a hormone called endorphins that is released during sex which helps lower blood pressure. I know, in fact, you and I both know that a lot of people masturbate; that is also quite helpful, as it also helps calm the body down. But the real sexual intercourse involving penetration helps to reduce stress and blood pressure a lot more. Hence, those people that have over time loved masturbating far more than having sex should start thinking twice, cause masturbation is not as helpful in reducing stress as sex involving penetration. Oh I want to sleep better!

Say no more, after having some really fantastic sex, you'd notice the happiness you feel, plus that amazing urge to sleep. What happens is that there's a particular hormone that is called prolactin - which causes you to feel that urge to have a nice sleep. It's really common to wake up very late after having a awesome night with great sex. Hence, knowing how good sex could really help you sleep more, you have to make sure that you plan the time you have such amazing sex, so that you don't arrive late at work...

I don't need to tell us of the enormous benefits of sleeping well. We know how useful sleep is for our overall well being. Hence, anything that helps you sleep better is something that should be really appreciated and engage in as often as possible. Do not forget how nice you look when you sleep well. It's no surprise that sex has been connected to looking radiant and looking young as well. It's perhaps reasonable to believe that most of the very glowing and happy looking people we see around us, are having a very healthy and regular sex life. Another thing is that, if you are a woman, then understand this - after having a good sex, which usually helps you have a good sleep, you experience more urge to have more sex, when you wake up - which is actually quite understandable, as your body has had enough rest, you want more sexual action.
