On-boarding a Celebrity to #Steemit
Since it's launch 10 days ago #steemtalent is turning out to be without the doubt the best project that I have launched since joining #Steemit back in August 2016.
Having witnessed first-hand the explosive growth of the twitter account these last few days, despite the stack of enquires that have come in, it has been an absolute pleasure ploughing through all the work.
Late nights and coffee..!!
Despite the late nights and endless cups of coffee, I strongly believe that the work has been worth every bit of the headache and one that I have no doubts will be of mutual benefit to us all in the end.
From the initial idea when I was listening to some music on the beach in Marbella a few weeks ago to rolling out the project, it has been a roller-coaster ride of: chats, emails, messages, phone-calls and txts..!!
Now I would like to ask a very simple question.
"What would happen if a Celebrity joined #Steemit and started to promote #Steemit and the #Steem Ecosystem?"
Today though, I would just like to put out a simple question that I assume has been on most of our lips and that is "What would happen if a Celebrity joined #Steemit and started to promote the #Steem Ecosystem?"

Indeed #steemtalent is a great project for the promotion of steem. Since Day 01 it's rocking and already sending message of this community around various people around the world.
Celebrity will create huge impact on steemit. let's assume if a celebrity like Kim kardashian who has more than 100 million followers join the steepshot instead of instagram it will make a big revolution on this amazing platform. It's time to boost the promotion program of steemit Twitter and linkedin are amazing channel to promote this platform. Keep it up @stephenkendal
I think what would happen is that you would have a new influx of interest and money which is good for the platform, but I think because you would have a lot more "wealth" coming in, those who have been here but are still trying to scratch out a niche, would be pushed even further down...
A celebrity joining #steemit and promoting #steemit will give steemit the right boom it needs. I see a celebrity joining soon as I just heard the news of Akon starting his own crypto coin.
Celebrity are beginning to have interest in cryptocurrency

Definitely a very good idea and soon we may see that option too.
But in the mean time as a creator its our job to spread the platform.... As we know every day many new faces hitting STEEMIT, very soon we as steemitian will lead the blogging space in world.

Of course it'll cause a ripple effect. They'll definitely draw traffic and traction to the steem blockchain.
Nonetheless, I think blockchain education is porous still. That's the best place to start from.
