We can be a group or we can be one
In tough times we can help you and in good times we can uplift you
Be not afraid that sometimes we will leave
There is a reason for us leaving and also a reason for us staying
Cherish us and learn to trust us wisely

Many of us can be rude, offensive and no good for you
However many of us are true, gentle and sincere
It is for you to discern which of us should stay or go
We can advise or warn but in the end it is your choice

All through your life we will come and go
It is the natural way of life for those who are open to friendhsip
At times we get abused and at times we are unappreicated
It is human nature to do these things to us regardless

We can build you up and give you good healthy advice
However we can also tear you down and lead you down a dangerous path
Know what you want in us and go out and find it
We are not here to harm you but you must act wisely

We go well together with a BBQ or even a game night
We can be reached at any time of the day if you need us provided we are the right fit for you
Do not be discouraged or dismayed, not all of us are bad
But open yourself up to the possibility of us enriching your life
