MY FEELINGS AFTER DONATING BLOOD

I am a regular blood donor.My blood group is B+.Since 2012,i involved with this great work.I am also involved with a blood donating organization called "BADHON". So i always try to donate blood when my donating date come.

Last time i donate blood.It was o5.25.2018. It was about 1 am.Yes,it was mid night.I have a kid who is only 10 months.When we were preparing bed for sleep then my husband got a phone from his best friend.He informed that her wife was too much sick.And already she was admitted in a hospital.

The case was so serious.Cause the couple had no child since 7 years from their married time.So they tried test tube baby.But it was sorrow fact that the lady got pregnant and the fetus's was 45 days age.But it grown up in a wrong side.So operation was needed urgently to remove the fetus.It was too much sad feelings for us also.

When i listened i was speechless.but i didn't stop me to go there.My family had some problem,cause they didn't agree to go there,cause it was so far and for my baby.But i with my husband,we started to go and at 3 am we reached.It was fact that if my blood was not mached then what we did.But Alhamdulillah,after testing all things my blood was mached to give her.Then the operation had completed successfully.

Here my feelings was speechless.Actually it can't express with any words.Only a person who gave blood,can touch the feelings of heaven.And i got this that night.And my next blood donating time is 25 july.Hey guys I am ready to touch another heavenly feelings.

Today i am talking about some important topics about blood donating.

BENEFITS OF DONATING BLOOD

1. You have a chance to save a human lives.

2. you can get free medical check up.Cause before blood donating ,medical check up will be needed must.

3. By donating blood we can easily eliminate our heart disease.

4. It helps us for burning our fat.So easily we can loss our weight.

5. It helps us for curing cancer.

6. After donating blood,every time new blood cells are formed in our body.

7. It helps us for maintaining our heart and liver properly.

8. It helps us for reducing the problem of hemochromatosis.

9.Blood donation increases life span.

1o. And it will store the blood.

Actually the benefits of blood donating can't explain in a words.Just donate blood and get the result in your own hand.

WHO CAN DONATE BLOOD???

**off course a healthy person can donate blood.

**weight must be 110 pounds.

**A donor must be 17 to 18 years old.

**no diabatics,no high pressure.

**A women who are agree to donate blood must see her period date.Cause in period time she can't donate.

**Overall medical check up is needed for allowing the person to donate blood.

CARE AFTER BLOOD DONATION

##drinking water or liquid in a big amount is needed.

##Avoiding hard work.

##Try to avoid hard physical work.

##It is needed to keep the bandage for some hours like three or four hours.

##Overall some rest must be taken.
