What's good?
Well the peak season is coming. It's been a while since I never had this kind of busy. It's a challenge for me to prepare for all the tourists meal.
From breakfast to dinner! Not forgetting feeding all the staff that works here! This is the real task!
I'm trying to build my confidence that I can do most of the work by myself. Because at the end of the day, if I didn't learn anything from this, I might getting into trouble!
I'm trying so hard to learn as fast as I could because in two months from now there will be changes in this kitchen.
The nature of working in a resort is kind of different. The feeling is different. When you are working in the hospitality industry you must be aware in every aspect of the area.
For sure, I need to learn more from everybody here. Trying to be multitask isn't easy, you have to be precise with your time and I'm still in learning process!
