If you’ve been following me from day one, you know i always tell you to invest and hold, if you believe in what you are investing in you don’t need to log in to every exchange your have every day and check your funds. Yes its important to check the market every day and stay updated, but you don’t need to check the price every second 39 times an hour, be patient investment will give u a return usually in 2 to 5 years
