This tree is easy to find in the tropics. In Aceh this tree is used as a house plant.
The people there call this tree "a million uses" or "multi-purpose".
This is based on the benefits of the tree as an herbal medicine to cure various diseases.
Among several diseases that are often treated with leaves of this tree, namely, high blood pressure, cholesterol, stabilize the body's metabolism.
Indeed, there have been no clinical trials on the content of substances in the tree. But the effects resulting from the use of these leaves make people believe that this tree has benefits as the name suggests "multi-purpose".
