CURACAO’S LADY JUSTICE IS PEEKING, SHE IS NOT BLIND...

THE DEATH OF WLADIMIR ALBERTO.
Last year a sad event happened, on the 20th of December, where Wladimir Alberto died in a terrible accident at Curacao Juliana Bridge.

Unpredictably the then Spokesman of The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM), Mr. Norman Serphos made a comment, that was a non-acceptable comment on his private Facebook Account.

TRUTH CONFRONTS NORMAN SERPHOS AND CURACAO.
Norman Serphos:

(1) Denied the act on the same day, saying:

(a) that he wasn't the one posting the comment on Facebook,

(b) that his account was hacked, and;

(c) that someone else put the comment with his named facebook account.

(2) Norman Serphos did follow-up with a public denouncement at The Curacao’s Punda Police Station- “Warda di Polis Punda” to:

(a) Declare that his Facebook account was hacked!

(b) Declared that someone else used his facebook account to publish a comment to another facebook page, hence making it seem; as though it was really him.

However; sadly for The Curacao's justice department - Prosecution Office, it was fact proven and showed the results that Norman E. Serphos; himself; indeed posted the comment from his personal named facebook account on to that of Wladimir Alberto’s Facebook page.

THE CURACAO PUBLIC PROSECUTION OFFICE STATEMENTS.
The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) said that: “they feel sorry on the way that things went with this case, not only for the family of the deceit Wladimir Alberto but also for how the community of Curacao is affected. The Public Prosecutor's Office; (OM); as an one employer we stand behind our workers; in a case that their rights is violated, in the first instance. The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) believed that this was the case. The Public Ministry, expects a lot from their workers; that every day works under pressure, and at times it happen that there is attacks on their personal life.

On the other side The Public Ministry expects that the workers have integrity, are transparent and honest. Sadly in this case, this did not happened.

The General Procurator, prohibited Norman Serphos; entry to the building and the systems of the Public Ministry; by the first week of January, 2019, and said that The Public Ministry will submit a petition for dismissal to the Ministry of Justice and to the Governor.

The criminal investigation will be done in the days to come about Norman Serphos behavior. The Aruba Ministry of Justice will be doing it.”

WLADIMIR ALBERTO'S FAMILY AND JUSTICE.
The family of the deceit Wladimir Alberto also gave a denounced against Norman Serphos. The Mayor Fiscal had a conversation with them on December 28, at that moment they did not know that Norman Serphos himself wrote the comment on Facebook. Wladimir Alberto family will be updated and informed about the the investigation.

As to the moment Roderick Gouverneur was positioned to function as Spokesmen of the Public Ministry.

CURACAO’S MINISTER OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS USING VULGAR PROFANITY TO CURACAO’S DOC WORKERS.

published on Facebook about Their Inbox with the following: “The Minister of Economy Eugene Rhuggenaath told a worker of Dok to go f*ck his mother when a worker were in a discussion with him. The Dok workers were very angry with Eugene Rhuggenaath expression. The workers of Dok confirmed this at Radio Direct.”

What is Dok?

Curacao Dok Maatschappij is the dry dock at the CDM. They repair large ships, do maintenance, conversion, harbor and voyage repair and decommission.

ONE PUBLIC WORKER PUNISHED THEN WHY IS THE OTHER AWARDED?
When the incident with the then Minister of Economy; Eugene Rhuggenaath happened, the Public was shocked, most everybody in Curacao; alleged that it was not true and just a marketing ploy by the fraction; The Curacao’s Anti-Netherlands Echelon Supporters, “CANES”, against the fraction, The Curacao Ruling Under Dutch Echelon Supporters; "CW-RUDES".

Apparently, out of that situation, no investigation ever occurred, nor did they send; the then Minister of Economy; Eugene Rhuggenaath; home on dismissal for the greatest and most severest violation to national identity and national integrity Curasalenos inherited, The pride from our slave mothers back of working hard for the slave master.

Instead, what followed would shock and astonish the common everyday man, according to Curacao historian, according to political insiders. The political party that he was a member of, elected him to the position as Leader of the party, replacing Zita Jesus-Leito. After the 2017 election the then Minister of Economy became Curacao 8th Prime Minister.

One Public worker was condemned for a Facebook comment and lying to the public and the other was rewarded.

Norman Serphos was at the “bottom of the pyramid” and lied to the public, what about all the judicial cases he was involved in, did he lied to? What about the justice department, ministers or the entire Government when they are behind door, do they say Let the people go an F*ck their mothers? After what Norman Serphos did and the level at which he took the deceptive lie, every Curasaleno who has been wrong and justice was bias to them; may have had an "un-helping hand”, helping to protect the best interest of the friends, associates or colleagues of Mr. Serphos pulling against them, so can we trust Curacao Justice Department? Can we trust the Curacao Government to put the people of Curacao first or is it their financial business partners and supporters that comes before the people? Still is it that political discrimination and intimidation reigns high on the list of inclusivity or exclusivity, if you are a PAR, MAN or PIN supporter there is a hint of a little more cooperation and far less intimidation or discrimination? Can we trust the mega Curacao News Media companies to not be apart of the cover-ups, when it involves their biggest contracts. One political insider added; “some of these news media receive these contracts and their broadcasting service delivered to the viewers works well, meanwhile others have the worst broadcasting service delivered to the population, that’s a secret no one is going to talk about, not if they want to remain in the broadcasting business.

Surprisingly research should that the former Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte made a comment that broadcast on TV about some persons in the upper echelon of society in Curacao whom are dutch, but within hours after his home was search all evidence was scrubbed clean and never talked about again. Yet again, in the scenario of Eugene Rhuggenaath alleged vulgar profanity to the Dock workers was initially written in Curacao’s other online English news media, but after becoming prime minister, the article no longer appears or is able to be found in the search reference. There very well might be a good reason why the owner of the online English newspaper may have done such a thing, if it is so as allegedly interpreted.

What Norman Serphos did and Eugene Rhuggenaath did was very disrespectful and distasteful, but was one more correct than the other?

NATURE AND ITS COURSE:
Does water float on earth; or runs upstream?

In space, water floats because of gravity!

Can a zebra change its stripes?

Can a tiger change the pattern of its skin?

Can a chameleon change its color?

Absolutely; because that is how nature made the chameleon, to fool it's prey in order to eat it, and; to fool its predators; in order to avoid being eaten!

There is an old Fidel Castro phrase; “A tiger can't change its stripes; but it can climb up a different tree, it's still a tiger”.

These things doesn't change!

In Politics there are “The Political Chameleons”, that changes because he/she/they need to fool you, the voters, in order to eat your votes. One political source alluded that it seems that voting is not even needed to fool the voters in order to determine who won in an election in Curacao, because there is a reserve of voting ballots and the keepers of the gate, who watches them? Votes can appear like magic or disappear the same way. We have to strengthen our voting policies so it is more transparent, accountable, responsible and stands the litmus test, acid test and non-interference test.

Most importantly, as voters we must pay very good attention to realize that the political chameleon, just changed its color to adapt to its background, so it can fool you!.

CULTURE AND JUDGMENTS DOESN'T MATCH.
The incident with Norman Serphos and Eugene Rhuggenaath shows how blind justice could be in Curacao. Imagine those who are really in power, we know that in Curacao and Netherlands culture it is normal to black face and is not perceived as being Racist by possibly a large amount of Afro-Curasalenos, who are friends with euro-dutch descendants in Curacao or Netherlands.

Now, the US Governor Ralph Northam and the state’s attorney general, Mark Herring, have apologized for separate incidents during the 1980's, in which they darkened their faces (black face) to imitate black people. That is considered Racist!

However; now; ask a Curacao, Dutch or Dutch Caribbean native, and the majority of the Afro-Caribbean Dutch, may respond and tell you “It is part of the culture, my bruddah’ “.

It may be difficult to find 1 Curasaleno that believe Governor Ralph Northam and Virginia’s state attorney general, Mark Herring are Racist.

On the other hand many professionals in the news media, politics or in the world of entertainment will say that the US President; Donald Trump; is racist because he don't want some type of people in the US!

However; JJosepha News conducted a brief research question survey and discovered that 90% of the participants who were dutch-Afro-Caribbean descendants; said that Trump was racist, but only 10% of euro-dutch, stated the same.

However it was clearly observed that intellectual epileptic shock distinguished the obvious, that, if you are Caucasian; “White” and then Paint your face to imitate Black People, then according to the dutch; you are NOT Racist but just exercising part of the Culture and century tradition. The Netherlands made some of their regulations stricter for non educated Dutch Caribbean potential students/citizens to enter the Netherlands for a better life, but they exclaimed that they love Curacao and the Dutch Caribbean, but they are unlike the so called “racist Donald Trump” for doing the same for his country, and also that They are not Racist - because allegedly they don’t want people there who aren’t there to help their country prosper!

BE PREPARED TO BE EXECUTED WHEN YOU FIGHT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS.
When the well known Curacao Slave, Tula also known as Tula Rigaud, led the Curacao Slave Revolt of 1795, because slavery was in fact illegal at the point when the french was in control.. The Netherlands King, The Governors, The Law makers, The soldiers and the henchmen all in favor, executed Tula and others on the 3rd of October 1795. He is referred on Curacao today as a fighter for human rights and independence.

It appears that anyone fighting for true human rights in Curacao, shall be executed like Tula or the 2013 political assassination of centro-leftist politician; Helmin Magno Wiels.

A political insider commented that if Norman Serphos was not around for Tula’s execution, but had he been, he might have made the comment, as being a protected euro-dutch; “Now who is washing their “hip” now?”

On the other hand Norman Serphos comments and how far he went to cover up and apparently to deceive the public, much like apparently US Republican President Richard Nixon did in The Watergate, makes the public at large think, why has it taken so long to find out who are the real players in the political assassination of Helmin Wiels and who else might be being protected, that is higher up on the echelon pole of eliteness or aristocracy, if Norman Serphos just gets a “slaps across the wrist” and a flight back to Netherlands.

Furthermore, what can or would Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath have to say or comment on about the matter of what else may or may not have happened, whilst Norman Serphos was a functionary of the Dutch controlled Curacao justice System, as Spokesman of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM), especially since Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath may himself be highly compromised from his previous allegedly vulgar incendiary language, much like how Mark Herring’s comment to try and justify him “black-facing”, after Governor Ralph Northam’s black-facing was exposed to the public.

What happens in the US may be an indication of what is tolerated in Curacao and what Netherlands may or may not be permitted, even though Curacao apparently operates its own internal government with the exception of the 2 most important wheels - Justice and Money-Treasury Purse!
