Know your body
You are your own universe, you have your own microcosm. Just look at your body, because you have a wealth of life that you hardly know anything about.
Your heart ... It beats, whether you sleep or grow, thirty million beats a year, and a blood pulsates through eighty thousand kilometers of arteries and veins into the vessels of life.
Your eyes ... A thousand tiny receptors show you the laugh of an old man, the sunrise and the sky with myriads of stars.
Your ears ... Twenty thousand fine particles let you hear the song of the birds and the heartbeat of the beloved.
Your lungs ... Five hundred million diligent bubbles filter out of the air the oxygen, the breath of life.
Your Brain ... Ten billion nerve cells make you think, know and feel.
Your legs ... Three hundred muscles take you to where your lover is.
Your mouth ... with which you can laugh and sing and tell your friends that you love them.
Your hands ... with which you can make music, write poems and paint pictures that express your feelings and describe your world.

Dicen que la primera regla para amar a otra persona es amarse a uno mismo, reirse de uno mismo, conocerse a uno mismo, respetarse a uno mismo... sino nos conocemos es imposible llegar a pensar que conocemos a otro cuerpo.
Debemos amarnos y aceptarnos como somos, con todos los defectos y virtudes.
