That ended on Friday the 13th of 1999, when a bullet broke the femoral bone of his right leg and robbed him of the dream of playing football with the best players in Europe and the world and, above all, seeing his family proud of him, but Ambrosio He did not give up, he became an expert in wheelchairs managing to belong in the national team of his country participating in the paralimpicos games being the flag-bearer of his country, being the first person to win a gold medal in games paralimpico in Venezuela, breaking national record and world record of said event. Nene continued to achieve success and success as a footballer, although the problems continued to walk together as the good friends they always were.
They both got the love of their lives and formed a family as they had wanted so much, had children and watched them run around the house and how beautiful football was. The children grew up and followed in their father's footsteps, besides being excellent students they were wonderful in football, what Ambrosio could not achieve his children made it a reality and they became what he wanted so much. The pride for their children I did not fit in their hearts, I never leave them helpless, they were always there with them. Teaching them what was the perseverance and dedication to achieve success. Ambrosio was an admirable man, everyone in his town respected him, worshiped and admired him, in a well-known square they made him a beautiful mural expressing how great he was, how exemplary and good he had always been in everything he set out to do.
