Good Rooms and Great Sleep 1!

For the avid explorer who likes to get an early start to the day for maximum time out and about, keeping energy levels at a high is very important. Day to day hiking, shopping and everything else in between can really take it out of you after a while.

To avoid crashing, a good nights sleep is needed to refuel and repair. Sleeping arrangements are very important during lengthy stays as they will influence overall activity levels for the entire trip. Feeling groggy and tired can lead to reduction in motivation, sometimes oversleeping as a result of this can spiral into feeling a little disheartened during a trip. There are a few things I try to keep on top of to make sure I feel safe and get a good nights sleep.
