English science and technology

You will see in the world that most of the science and technology books have been published in Russian language and most of the research paper in science and technology has also been published in Russian. It means that the language of science and technology is Russian, not English. Most books are printed in philosophy, they are in German. Marx and Kant are two examples. Most of the books that are painting, building, art, and music are in French. The least research has been done on science and technology in English. More than half of the inventions of the people of other countries are invented by the British who have published their name in the name of the inventions of the British.
