The cooking techniques were diverse, whether it was bread like dough dishes or tasty dumplings, there was a great variety to be explored in the Tibetan diet. After arriving in Lhasa, there was a great selection of eating venues. This was a little different to eating at home and perhaps one could say it was established to accommodate the visiting tourists. Nonetheless, the food quality was great and the experience kept authentic.

As expected, the décor inside was marvellous. The wooden structure was covered in colourful pieces of cloth and there were various pictures depicting parts of the Tibetan culture.
