24 HOURS JOB

Once upon their were two friends who were giving no importance to their mother. They thought our mother and were careless about here. They went for searching a suitable job to earn money. They went to one company where they had a meeting with the manager of company. The manager asked them that are they willing to do this job?
They both said Yes, we can do any type of job. Manager asked them to give their introduction and they did so.
Manager asked them that can they do a job which is 24 hours means full day? They said Yes, we can but can we get any holiday after it? Manager said no you won't get any single holiday not even on any festivals or diseases etc. They said OK then their must be a great package for this type of job?
Manager said this job consist of no any package this is for free. You will not be given any amount for this job. Both were shocked and showed their rude faces like how is it possible, how can someone do job for 24 hours and 365 days without any brake and won't get any money, this is impossible.
Manager said if i said it is possible and it's true. They said okay then, tell us who are those persons doing this job while wasting time and their energy.
Manager said millions billions people are in the world and she is "Mother". your Mother, mine Mother and everyone mother. She work whole day without any money.
