According to 1 Samuel 2:9 which says, "by strength shall no man prevail", we are expected to not be belligerent and loud because we possess some type of strength. We must be as friendly as possible and not the other way round. Power can be toxic as it is cool. The toxicity of man's misunderstanding of the strength he possesses has a way of making things difficult for those considered weak around him.

The world already knows you are powerful beyond measure, you do not need to make your acts and time with people hostile and aggressive. You must be sure to allow those around you have a place they can fit in. Being loud is to many, a way to prove how strong they are and that to me is just plain insecurity. It reeks of inferiority complex.

A strong man should be a pillar and symbol of support and love to those around him and he should never be seen as a bloody fool. Strength doesn't mean you will have everything working for you and being loud can never make you become better than who you already are. Stay lovely and accommodating and then, your strength will not become your weakness.
The miracle of life is tapped into the way we make things happen for others. Success is not achieved through strength and strength does not guarantee success. A strength based success is achieved through an understanding of what your strength is needed for in the world; if you can identify that then, it will a happy day.

Most of us prove our strength to those around us by being oppressive to them. That's a very wrong way to show strength. You're not given strength to oppress or show off but to uplift.
Oppression is rampant in our world today because most people are given what they lack the character to handle. Everyone is given a gift by life for a purpose, we have find out why what we have (strength, wealth, power, fame, etc) is given to us and use it accordingly instead of using it on things that it isn't meant for.
