So very true. The one thing to remind ourselves those feelings and emotions are normal, it's how we process and deal with them is when the 'war' takes place or when we chastise ourselves for these thoughts.
We need to learn to accept that they are there, but change our thoughts and break the negative cycles.
When faced with such war, always go for the positive one as it most times end in a good outcome.
