Planting Blue Poles And Flowers
My sublimely beautiful Sunday started out with my husband taking me out to breakfast at a local French cafe then back home for more flower planting.
He has three empty pots and a bare spot he wants to fill. I think this may be the last trip to the garden center...not!
We put flowers around this drainpipe thinking we are hiding it but I don't think it works very well. It just looks like a drain pipe with flowers. Oh well, that's good too. 
)
We also plant blue poles.

Now that sounds like a wonderful start to the day, getting taken out to a cafe! Loving Joy the colourful pebble - does it have a special meaning? I can’t see a drain pipe just beautiful flowers - your plan worked perfectly.

This is the last photo of my next day's post where I reveal what the blue poles are for. It's a more colorful way of protecting the plants from the hail than all the buckets and pans and tarps we use to use.

Sure looks like a beautiful Sunday, I think those flower pots do at least disguise the drainpipe if not hide it completely

The last walkway looks very peaceful. What are the blue poles for?
I will reveal the reason for the blue poles in the next post but first they must be watered and great care given for their full potential to shine through... ;-)

Thank you. Hopefully it will be full of flowers in the next two weeks. We have several parties planned to celebrate.
