Sublime Sunday Cleaning
@cOFF33a, you must admit someone else doing the cleaning is pretty sublime especially while I'm doctoring a hip injury. Thank you for providing a #sublimesunday tag that lets us share something special in our lives.
I had the pleasure of watching my granddaughter and my neighbor's granddaughter do a deep cleaning on my kitchen. Everything came out of the cabinets, reorganized and washed inside and out.

I insisted they eat something to keep up their wonderful energy. I've been looking forward to this job being finished since my New Year's resolution list was made and to have it done by these two was sublimely wonderful.
Tackling the mixed plastic containers and lids cabinet would be the challenge. The danger comes in trying to open the door and not losing an eye or get bonked on the head, but they came through unscathed.

August is going to be a busy fun month for me AND my sisters are coming for a week over Labor Day so that's double the fun. @old-guy-photos will be happy to know one of my fun times is going to be on a lake. I will be partaking with partiko on that one for sure. Anyway, I'm not going away just cutting back.
Lucky you!!! I cleaned for my sublime Sunday, but, I have no grandkids and neither do my neighbors. But, my girls came home halfway through, so we made a party of it before we made dinner.
I hope you are feeling better and cutting down is not a bad thing, but, just as long as you are not going away. Nobody can drum it quite like you can!

A cleaning out the cabinet party... why not? The smell of Murphy's Oil Soap and laughter sounds perfect to me.

I hope your hip recovers soon, a very painful operation and frustrating when it is hard to do what you want to. But you lucky to have such diligent cleaners, granddaughter and friend have done an excellent job. I have two boys, the 9 year old just makes me clean up after him, my older boy at 21 put’s the effort in with the vacuum - but his idea of cleaning is throw everything in sight in a cupboard. Where is X I say, in that cupboard he says - I open it and a few hundred things escape out over me and the floor. Useful, rubbish or random - he rams all of it out of sight and pity the poor me that then has to sort it out!

Now that's what I call a sublime Sunday @willowisp I must have a chat to my grandaughters 😄 ........but somehow I don't think they will share my idea of a sublime Sunday 😁 .......and besides, I don't have a sore hip.
I hope your heals quickly.......so that you can enjoy the visit from your sisters more fully.
Thank you. I'm doing my best to get the hip under control and am optimistic about taking in the Balloon Glow over the Labor Day holiday with them. I haven't been in over 30 years.

How nice to have other people doing the deep cleaning of the kitchen cabinets for you! Ya! Those plastic food boxes often knocked on my head accidentally as I look around fur s sandwich box.
