Indeed it's important to have clear goals and to really believe that it is possible. part of believing is to know what it will take in terms of hard work in order to reach that goal -- one really needs to want the work, not just tolerate it, in order to connect belief and self-confidence with massive action.
I think you like to work hard? Thats what i mean with researching possibillities you like. I did not say that hard work is needed or neccesary to achieve succes.
