I am currently trying polyphasic sleep

This type of sleep method is where you sleep in phases rather than in one solid 8 hour block at night.

There are many famous people such as Tesla and Edison who were known to only sleep for 4 hours or less.

They huge advantage to sleeping less is that you will have a lot more time to spend on work, a hobby, or just something you never could fit in your schedule.
