Take advanced training courses, attend a seminar, read special literature and watch educational videos. It is good if you have proof of knowledge, for example, a certificate or a recommendation from a teacher.
Afraid of increasing damage
The fact that you perform your daily duties well is not a reason to pay you more. But if you are not afraid to take on new functions, showing your interest in the results and the willingness to grow, this is another matter.
Close indirect tasks (those in which you are competent, but which are not included in your zone from responsibility), make decisions independently and perform management functions. The latter will allow you to grow from an ordinary specialist to a manager, and your salary has every chance to increase two to three times.
Be silent about the fact that the volume of work increased
When you got a job, everything that you are doing today was not part of your responsibilities. Do not be afraid to say this to management.
Talk to the boss, tell me what you are doing now more. However, this should not be like a claim. No, you do not mind working anymore, do not demand that new tasks be removed from you. You are interested in developing and bringing great benefits to the company, but you want to receive more. There is a direct relationship here, and we need to talk about it. A normal manager will understand that it is time to raise your salary.
The chief does not know that you began to work more efficiently
Sales are growing, customers are satisfied, the company gets more money. The authorities are satisfied with this, and it does not always want to delve into why this is happening.
Do not be afraid to say that you, too, have affected such a situation. The personal effects of each employee are the key to the success of the company as a whole.
Prepare a report on your work for the last month. So you will visually present the results to the management (fulfillment of the plan, achievement of KPI), and the proposal to raise salaries will be quite logical.

A situation that requires a radical solution. Talk with the boss about the increase in salary is powerless because the salary has its limit. Crossing it is beneficial to you, but not the company. Remember this.
There are two ways here: change jobs or apply for promotion in the same organization. If you chose the first, make a summary, study the market and find the most interesting options. In the second case, talk to your management, determine the situation, and together try to find a new place for you.
Your salary is higher than the market
Want more, in this case, is useless, but to go down from heaven to earth would not hurt. In pursuit of a higher salary, you risk losing the one that you have and that other experts only dream about. At the same time, you have no guarantee that you will be able to recover your income afterward.
