@janton, you guessed right! Not cloudy but very hazy days because of the heat n humidity in the region. They also do alot of cloud seeding which messes up weather conditions further, which is the case here now.

Oh how interesting, I haven't heard about cloud seeding. They do that to try and bring rain? and does it work?
It does work here but I think they messed up more this year, because it's very hot and humid.
