I love elderflower cordial in the Summer, it's such a sign of summer, it begins with the flowers and end with the berries, they say. Although I am tyring to be carb free so not sure I will have much this Summer :)
I would love to make a sugar-free variant, but i don't know how. I don't want to use artifical sweeteners. Maybe stevia (?) Stevia is very-very expensive in Hungary.
