Tarot Reading for the Rain

Happy Friday Steemit.

There has been a wave of very specific, disruptive energy that has been moving through, which started right after the equinox.

In many places, it has also come with rain... LOTS of rain.
As we, in Minnesota, had had 2 weeks of rain, I asked the wind what the fuck was going on.

Here was my reply.

The first card to come out was the 10 of Swords, and it builds from there.
The 10 shows suffering that we tried to ignore. We tried to hide from it, but it was inevitable, and now we are hurt.
The 5 of Wands shows pettiness and fighting. The suffering of the 10 of Swords is bringing out the worst in us.
The Moon shows how we are being manipulated by factors beyond our control.

The Tower on the bottom shows a massive disruption, and it will suck, but it has purpose.

The 3 of Cups on the top shows us connecting with the people we can count on. The "thick and thin" type of people.
These are sacred people in our lives, and the rain in forcing us to re-unite with them.

There is another aspect of this that became clear to me.
As our anger and hatred gets re-directed through this trial, there are people that are released from old grudges and petty things.
THESE are the people we are supposed to re-connect with. These are sacred people, and they should be a part of our path in this life.
As we identify the real monster, we forgive the ones whom we falsely accused of being the monster. They are the people we have been missing in our lives, and they will make our lives richer.

I'm writing a song based on this reading, and I hope to have it done by Sunday.
