Return to this legendary cafe after around ... twenty years? Yes, twenty years, the last time I (Kathia) came here I was in elementary school. Mama loves Tizi's Cafe, and cafeini has been her favorite place since school and college. So after getting married and having me and my younger brother, Mama likes to take us to this place.

But, after Bandung gets more crowded, more and more vehicles, the streets are getting worse, going to Tizi's in Dago feels really awesome! Finally, my Mama who is not a hobby of hanging around to eat or shop says this, "Mama is lazy to drive, haha. Then, how come it seems expensive now, it's not as cheap as Mom's school / college first. "Maybe the influence of factors is far and stalled, the price is not comparable. So we eat it in a place that is close, hahaha ...

Well, so the story goes back here accidentally. After twenty years ago. That day there just happened to be a need for the Dago area. It was getting late and we were getting confused about what to eat and where. Suddenly this Tizi's signpost appeared! Okay, it doesn't suddenly appear but we suddenly see it ^^ so we decided to have lunch at this cafelegendaris.

When I entered, I tried to look for pieces of memory that I thought would appear (like in flashbacks in movies like that, haha * sokdramatis *), it didn't exist hahahaha ... because at that time I was a kid ...

Well, like this atmosphere in Tizi's. You could say most of the places to eat are in the open space. Even though there is a roof but because it is directly adjacent to the yard, it makes the atmosphere cool.

Ah, red checkered tablecloth! I remember this! Finally there is also a childhood memory that appears, haha ...

That said, Tizi's mainstay menu is schaschlik, steak and pizza. Besides that there is soup and salad, omelette, sandwiches, and dessert too.

Okay, so we ordered three dishes, Margherita Pizza (IDR 65K), Schaschlik (IDR 69K for 1 piece, IDR 110K for 2 pieces, IDR 159K for 3 pieces), and Tongue with Mushroom Sauce (IDR 81K). Keep drinking Pot of Black Coffee (IDR 15K), so use a pot and two cups. But we are given free water flow too, can a cold or ordinary requestmau.

The pizza brings back a lot of memories. Fragrant cheese which somehow feels different from cheese on other pizzas I have eaten so far. Either because it's really different, or because of the combination of cheese and flour. What is certain is that although the pizza is thin, it is not dry and hard at all, I like it.

Then the Schaschlik is really good ... The marinade sauce, the maturity, the aroma and texture of the meat, are all really delicious. The taste tends to be sweet, right when combined with french fries.

Unfortunately, the portion of meat in one schaschlik stick is less, haha ... maybe for those who eat quite a lot, it will be less if you only buy one stick.

Tongue with Mushroom Sauce is also delicious. It's only possible because it's too long a photo, yesterday when we ate it wasn't warm anymore. So feeling 'cold' also tastes. Nothing special. Maybe if yesterday was immediately eaten while warm, it would taste more the aroma and delicacy of his tongue. Served with puree potatoes and boiled vegetables, this beef tongue I believe is quite filling.

Anyway, Tizi's also sells a variety of bread and cakes typical of the past, one of them like Apefl Struddle (IDR 16K). Cinnamon and the taste of the spices feels really great, then the apples are also very sweet. If I like it, it smells like that, so Rhum Truffle (IDR 16K) is my choice, but unfortunately, according to me, it feels less crowded. If you feel the chocolate itself is delicious.

Well, if this is Kaseroll. Kase means cheese in German and Roll is small bread which is usually round and popular in European countries such as Germany, Italy and Austria. It feels like old school bread with a distinctive aroma of butter, for small sizes it costs IDR 19k and 29K for the big one.

The food is classic, the atmosphere is antique, essentially ... for those who like the old-fashioned flavors of Tizi's is the right place.
