SOP AYAM KAMPUNG CABAI RAWIT

Dear Steemian,

Bingung dengan menu makan siang hari ini, sepertinya bosan dengan mengolah makanan yang itu-itu saja setiap hari, tapi sering kesulitan memilih menu apa untuk hari ini. Kalau kita tanya papa mama, kakak dan adik, menu apa untuk siang ini, semua jawabnya entah teserah deh.

Lagi bingung-bingung, saya fikir menu yang sederhana tapi harus memenuhi kebutuhan gizi untuk keluarga dan rasanya lezat dan gurih serta mudah dibuat. Saya pilih ayam karena ayam tergolong murah dipasar dibanding daging lainnya, paling mudah dibuat masakan Sop, maka untuk siang ini saya buat masakan Sop Ayam khas Aceh seperti uraian dibawah ini :

Bahan - bahan :

  • 1 ekor ayam kampung
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 5 butir kapulaga
  • 1 ruas jari jahe, digeprek
  • 1 ruas jari lengkuwas, digeprek.
  • 1 potong kecil kayu manis
  • 1 butir bunga lawang
  • 1 batang daun bawang perai
  • 3 lembar daun seledri
  • 1 sendok gula putih
  • 1/2 ons cabe rawit
  • 1/2 bungkus lada Ku
  • 1/2 sendok teh bubuk pala
  • bawang goreng secukupnya
  • Air secukupnya
  • Garam secukupnya
  • minyak secukupnya untuk menumis

Bumbu halus :

  • 7 siung bawang putih
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 1/2 bungkus lada Ku
  • 1/2 sendok teh pala halus
    (Semua bahan halus diblender)

Pelengkap :

  • daun seledri dicincang
  • daun bawang perai dicincang
  • bawang goreng untuk ditabur
  • jeruk nipis diperas airnya

Langkah :

  • Panaskan minyak dalam wajan
  • Tumis bawang merah dan bawang
    Putih dampai harum
  • Masukkan bumbu halus sampai
    harum juga
  • Masukkan jahe dan lengkuwas
  • Masukkan ayam kampung dan
    tumis juga bersama bumbu halus
  • Lalu tambahkan air secukupnya
  • Tambahkan gula, garam, LadaKu,
    Bubuk pala, kayu manis, kapulaga,
    bunga lawang.
  • Masakan sop sampai ayamnya
    matang dan empuk.
  • Masukkan kentang, wortel dan cabe
    rawit utuh, tunggu sebentar sampai
    sayurnya empuk.
  • Tambahkah daun seledri dan daun
    bawang perai cincang serta peras
    air jeruk nipis.
  • Lalu angkat dan taburi bawang
    diatasnya
  • Siap disajikan menu makan siang

AYAM KAMPUNG SOP CAYENNE PEPPER

Dear Steemian,

Confused by today's lunch menu, it seems bored with processing the same food every day, but it is often difficult to choose what menu for today. If we ask Mama, brother and sister, what is the menu for this afternoon, all the answers are somehow red.

More confused, I think the menu is simple but must meet the nutritional needs of the family and it tastes delicious and tasty and easy to make. I chose chicken because chicken is relatively cheap in the market compared to other meats, it is the easiest to make Sop cuisine, so for this afternoon I made a typical Aceh Chicken Sop dish as described below:

Ingredients :

  • 1 native chicken
  • 3 cloves of shallot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cardamom grains
  • 1 ginger finger segment, crushed
  • 1 segment of the finger, glued
    together.
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • 1 flower star anise
  • 1 leek leeks
  • 3 pieces of celery leaves
  • 1 spoonful of white sugar
  • 1/2 ounce of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pack of my pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • Fried onions to taste
  • Enough water
  • Salt to taste
  • sufficient oil for sauteing

Ground spices :

  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cloves of shallot
  • 1/2 pack of my pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine nutmeg
    (All smooth ingredients are blended)

Complement:

  • chopped celery leaves
  • leeks chopped
  • fried onions for sowing
  • lime juice squeezed

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Saute onion and onion
    Fragrant white
  • Enter the spices until
    fragrant too
  • Add ginger and galangal
  • Enter the native chicken and
    stir-fry it with the spices
  • Then add enough water
  • Add sugar, salt, Pepper,
    Nutmeg powder, cinnamon,
    cardamom, star anise.
  • Soup until the chicken soup
    mature and tender.
  • Enter the potatoes, carrots and
    chillies whole cayenne, wait a
    minute until the vegetables are
    tender.
  • Add celery leaves and leaves
    chopped leeks and squeeze lime
    juice.
  • Then lift and sprinkle onions on
  • Ready to be served lunch menu
