I have read many articles in Food Review, people shared that a cake in Hue is 25,000 VND but it is very bad. I feel very surprised when many other people also offer the cake price is 25,000 VND default.
I call these two cookies, because the restaurant is very crowded so wait 15 minutes to eat. 2 pieces of cake costing 26,000 VND equivalent 13.000 VND / 1 pc. Too cheap !
