Freshly Baked Buns at Sin Hin Coffee Shop
Whenever I am craving for freshly baked hot buns, this is the place that I will always visit.
Sin Hin Coffee Shop, located at Donggongon Town, operates from 7.00am till 5.00pm daily. I usually have my breakfast and tea break there at least once a week.
This restaurant has multiple of stalls rented out by the owner, but since this contest is about Pastries, then my main focus will be about the Buns served by this restaurant.
They sold if I am not mistaken 5 types of buns. Each buns has different types of fillings such as Tausa, Coconut, Ground Nuts, Butter Milk and Kaya.
Here are some of the buns that is being displayed.
My personal favourite is Tausa, Buttermilk and Ground Nuts, as shown in the picture below.
And the best way to enjoy these freshly baked hot buns is to have it with a cup of hot coffee or tea, it depends on your own taste preference actually.
The seating areas is right in the middle, in between two lots owned by the restaurant. Ceiling fans are being installed to cool off the area. There are a few tables for customers inside the lots to, but not that many, and its a bit hot inside there. That is why customers prefers to sit in the middle areas.
So, if you ever stopped by Donggongon Town, make an effort to visit this lovely Coffee Shop, and enjoy thei delicious buns.
