Happy Friday! Today I want to recommend this restaurant to you for healthy and delicious meals. It is a restaurant located in Jalan Pahang, Wisma Hrih Lotus, named Mama Kim Sauna Mee. The food is very healthy which’s balanced diets, fresh ingredients, and no added Msg, Less salt and deep fried.
The main food here is Sauna Mee, with both fish and vegetables. If you don’t eat noodles, you can order brown rice. Due to promoting health care, the rice here is changed to brown rice.

吃饱了吗？今天我想和你们推荐这家餐馆专卖健康好吃的美食，它是位于Jalan Pahang, Wisma Hrih Lotus的一家餐馆，店名是Mama Kim Sauna Mee。店里准备的美食都是营养均衡，食材新鲜，无人造味精，少盐，少糖，少油炸。
这里的主打美食是Sauna Mee, 有鱼和蔬菜两种选择。如果不吃面，也可以点糙米饭。因为提倡健康，这里的饭都是糙米饭。
This is signature meal, Sauna Mee. It’s actually mushroom rice noodles. They providing many vegetables and ingredients, very healthy and delicious. The price is RM15.00.
这就是招牌面，Sauna Mee，很多料，真的很健康，好吃。价钱RM15.00。
Next one is tomato mushroom cheesy risotto. The vegetables and ingredients all are fresh and nice. The price is RM13.90.
还有这个番茄香菇起司焗饭。材料新鲜美味。价钱RM13.90。
This is natural fruit and flower tea. It is cooling and can quench our thirst. The price is RM13.90 (2-4 pax)
这是很清凉止渴的天然花果茶。价钱RM11.90（2-4人份）
The decoration of this restaurant is simple and generous, and it is also suitable for family or friends gathering.
这家餐馆的装修简单大方，也蛮适合家人朋友聚餐。
Next to the restaurant is the Herbaline Facial Spa. You cando a spa before having healthy meal.
