Masseria Chiancone Torricella
Summer weddings bloom like flowers and this time the spouses have decided to celebrate the event in a simple and characteristic place, the Chiancone Torricella farm. It is an ancient farm which has now been transformed into a reception room and has now been chosen by many couples.
The peculiarity of the structure is the typical construction in white stone that makes the environment bright. Decorated with decorations like agricultural tools used decades ago and with rustic objects, you can breathe a typical air of a country house but all well ordered and clean.
No detail is left to chance and the care of the objects is truly exceptional. The precision for the details is also reflected on the dishes served: despite the simplicity, every dish served is always well cared for. I ate so many excellent appetizers, cooked with products at 0 KM, really fresh and tasty (bruschetta, cold cuts, cheeses, grilled vegetables, stuffed tomatoes, fried panzerotti with different toppings).
The first dish served was a fresh pasta like gnocchetti with chickpeas. The dish smelled and the taste was divine. The second dish consisted of homemade trofie with fresh sauce, hard ricotta and basil. The second dish instead was a sea bass in sweet and sour sauce with a side of baked potatoes, automated with rosemary.
The ceremony ended with a buffet of immense sweets, fresh pastries, cakes, almond cakes, chocolates of every taste, and finally the wedding cake. Finishing lunch was a challenge!
I matrimoni d'estate sbocciano come fiori e questa volta gli sposi hanno deciso di festeggiare l'evento in un luogo semplice e caratteristico, la masseria Chiancone Torricella. È un'antica azienda agricola oggi trasformata in sala ricevimenti e scelta oramai da tantissime coppie.
La particolarità della struttura è la tipica costruzione in pietra bianca che rende l'ambiente luminoso. Decorato con addobbi come strumenti agricoli utilizzati decenni fa e con oggetti rustici, si respira un'aria tipica di casa di campagna ma tutto ben ordinato e pulito.
Nessun dettaglio è lasciato al caso e la cura degli oggetti è davvero eccezionale. La precisione per i dettagli si riflette anche sui piatti serviti: nonostante la semplicità, ogni piatto servito è sempre ben curato. Ho mangiato tanti antipasti ottimi, cucinati con prodotti a KM 0, davvero freschi e gustosi (bruschette, salumi, formaggi, verdure grigliate, pomodori ripieni, panzerotti fritti con diversi condimenti).
Il primo piatto servito è stata una pasta fresca tipo gnocchetti con i ceci. Il piatto profumava ed il sapore era divino. Il secondo piatto era composta da trofie fatte sempre in casa con salsa fresca, ricotta dura e basilico. Il secondo piatto invece è stato un branzino in salsa agrodolce con contorno di patate al forno, automatizzate con il rosmarino.
La cerimonia si è conclusa con un buffet di dolci immenso, paste fresche, torte, dolci di mandorla, cioccolatini di ogni gusto, ed infine la torta nunziale. Finire il pranzo è stata un'impresa!
