Calderoni Martini Resort
The Apulian wedding is a big party and the couple decided to celebrate their day at the Calderoni Martini Resort in Altamura. Immersed in the large Parco della Murgia, the structure is surrounded by huge green spaces and isolated from city sounds such as cars, horns and more.
The entrance is represented by the Reception that welcomes all the guests and some waiters accompanied us to our table, after making sure that we were on the guest list. The main room is really large, clean, white is the predominant color and the led lights on the ceiling made the room so neat. The order is reflected in the arrangement of the tables around a central space, used by the envoys to be able to dance.
The staff immediately started bringing us a series of central starters, non-stop, such as cheeses, cold cuts, special omelettes with vegetables, dairy products, grilled vegetables. Later they served us seafood starters: raw or cooked seafood (according to customer's wishes), prawns, raw prawns, etc.
Subsequently, after a dance of the bride and groom, they served us two first courses (paccheri with mushrooms and stracciatella and red rice with shrimp and fresh cheese), a second course that is the grouper with a creamy sauce and the side dishes, then fruit and dessert desserts served outside, in the garden, together with the wedding cake.
