Not in the city, but worth the trip. Not famous but a kept secret. Not too fancy but feels just like home. Welcome to Tikhiyat Out (Тихият кът, "Quiet Corner")
Experience the nature
This restaurant is in the countryside away from the nearest city Kazanluk Bulgaria. It is so worth the trip because it's more than just an eating experience.
Fresh Fish
The fish on offer are freshly cooked and come straight from the site. You can see the pond/lake where the fish are growing yourself!
What we got
We ordered three different types of fish: mackerel, cod and trout. They also had homemade sausages and freshly cut fries.

Overall
The place was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were great and smiley. We had to wait a bit for the food, but quality food always take time! The decoration and atmosphere made eating here a wonderful experience that I'll remember.

We were with a Bulgarian friend so he ordered for us, but if they have English translated menu it would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
