Trying out a Hotel Restaurant
I usually don't go to hotel restaurants because they have a business feel to them and lack atmosphere. On this occasion I was invited out for dinner with a friend so thought to give this place a good review on Tasteem!
Setting
When we first arrived the restaurant was quiet, with 2 or 3 tables filled. The view of the city was good from the floor of the restaurant as the entire wall was windowed. The lighting was cool, not too bright, allowing a relaxing atmosphere.
Menu
They had a mixture of items on offer: fast food, salad, appetizer, drinks, wine and dessert. The price was in US dollars (even though the country is Iraq Kurdistan). Photos are accompanied with each item.
Taste
We ordered something small because we weren't so hungry. A platter appetizer. It had 7 different dips served with warm bread. The different dips tasted really good and we really enjoyed the hot bread that was served with it. That was enough to share between 3-4 people.
