Relaxing Lights
This place has good taste for their decoration. I especially liked the vintage cameras displayed on the wall and back counter shelf. The lighting was perfect for a lovely relaxing time with our new Turkish friends.
That's right, they played Charlie Chaplin on the big screen!
On the wall they had many retro cameras on display. It was quite a collection. There were also some nice artwork and fun decorations.
Choices of Snack
Of course we had a drink first, many options were available like local beers, or juice. I was the only one to have juice but everyone else had a beer. We also had some snacks to go on the table...
- Popcorns (ok, not in a Cinema but still a nice snack)
- Cucumber & Carrot sticks in lemon juice (now this is getting interesting!)
- Hookah (traditional Arabic smoking)
- Sunflowers seeds
We didn't get 3 or 4, but around us some other customers had them.
Something different
The restaurant had it's own dog! Usually in the predominantly Muslim countries, dogs are viewed as dirty so people avoid them. This place was different because the owner let the dog stay inside (ok it was raining and cold outside), and occasionally the dog will come to the tables to get some pat on the head! It loved visiting everyone.
Price: under 5₺ Liras/$1 US per snack/drinks
