Kebab Indonesian Style
Hello everyone, good evening, I want to review one of the foods for me to take home. The food's name is kebab.
Who does not know this one kebab food. Initially kebab is just food that only comes from beef or lamb which is served with enough skewered and grilled and now the way of serving is different and is generally adapted to each of these regions.
In Indonesia itself, the presentation of kebab by using tortilla bread skins.
The kebab that I bought is located in one of the traditional markets in the Klungkung area, called the Klungkung senggol market.
Here always crowded every afternoon because many sell traditional food and there is also national food.
Here I bought egg kebabs because I wanted to try the egg contents. The place of selling is not too big, only 1 small cart, and to wait until it is cooked I stand in front of the place of sale because there is no bench to sit on.
For variants you can choose the contents of eggs, chicken, sausage, and beef. For prices ranging from IDR 10000 - IDR 30000
